St. Paul’s School benefits from having a dedicated group of 22 SPS alumni and parent volunteers who have agreed to serve on the Board of Trustees.
They oversee the School’s management of its financial and physical assets, provide thought leadership, and help to guide the strategic direction of the School. They are elected to three-year terms and may be re-elected to two subsequent three-year terms. The Rector, appointed by the Trustees, also serves on the Board during the length of her tenure.
