To live, work, and learn at St. Paul’s School is an opportunity to join a tight-knit community formed around a single ideal: to educate students to build purposeful lives in service to the greater good. Together, faculty and staff are educators and models of ethical citizenship and inclusivity as we work to create a sense of belonging for every member of our community.

We do this on a 2,000-acre idyllic campus in a fully residential high school setting just minutes from downtown Concord, N.H. Nearly 300 faculty and staff support more than 500 students —helping each one reach for excellence in both character and scholarship.

We invite you to explore the opportunities to join our community as we seek to attract, retain and support a diverse, talented workforce. We offer highly competitive salaries and benefits, opportunities for growth, and the experience of being part of a community that puts students at the center of everything we do.
