Governance at St. Paul’s School lies with the Trustees. They work closely with the Rector and senior administrators, who lead the day-to-day operations of the School, and with the faculty, who focus on matters related to the student experience. While each group has its own role and responsibilities, they work together with all deliberations informed by a collaborative spirit and a shared commitment to the mission of the School, “to educate students to build purposeful lives in service to the greater good,” with a commitment to excellence in character and scholarship. 

In 2022, Rector Giles and the Board of Trustees enacted a Strategic Plan for the School that will guide its evolution in the years to come.
