Amachie K. Ackah is co-founder, managing partner and chief investment officer of Clay Cove Capital. He has more than 24 years of real estate industry experience as a professional in both real estate private equity and development companies.
Ackah is an active leader within industry and as a member of the community. He has served as a board member for the Real Estate Executive Council (REEC). In addition, he is a leader within the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), a global professional network of CEOs for whom he serves on the board of the YPO Real Estate Industry Network and Philadelphia’s former chapter chair. He is a member of Chief Executives Organization (CEO). Ackah was recently elected to serve on the board of trustees of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. He also serves the board of the Episcopal Academy (Pennsylvania).
Mr. Ackah received an M.B.A. with dual majors in finance and real estate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Williams College. At Wharton, he was a Toigo Fellow and distinguished as a Murphy Fellow by the faculty of the Zell-Lurie Real Estate Center. He graduated from St. Paul’s School in 1990. He also attended the Episcopal Academy, where his three children now attend. He is an Eagle Scout and lives with his wife and children in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
