Weekend warrior around the house, fishing, watching his children’s sports, trying new restaurants

Mr. Tith grew up in Lowell, Massachusetts and attended Tufts University, where he played club rugby and won a league championship. He has completed fellowships at StartingBloc in social innovation and Harvard University’s Administrative Fellowship Program (AFP) in DEI and higher education operations and leadership.

Mr. Tith spent the early part of his professional career as a management consultant in K-12 and higher education, healthcare and biotech, government, heavy industry, CPG, startups and private equity due diligence. The second act of his career has been in higher education business development, tech transfer and fundraising — first at Harvard University and Harvard’s Graduate School of Education and then at UMass Lowell. Most recently, Mr. Tith has worked in institutional partnerships, as well as building a corporate foundation.

Mr. Tith’s family are refugees from Cambodia, which is why he believes strongly in the power of education, especially a well-rounded education like that provided by SPS. Mike will work tirelessly to inspire everyone in the SPS community to continue to impact the world with an SPS education.

Mr. Tith lives in Windham, New Hampshire, with his wife, Kate, and their two children. They love to travel, ski and spend quality time together on a beach.
