Will grew up on the South Shore of Massachusetts and graduated from St. Paul’s in 1995. He attended Haverford College where he majored in English Literature and was a four-year member of the basketball and baseball teams. After college, Will worked as a sportswriter for 10 years in San Francisco. He enjoyed stints at a startup golf journal, The San Francisco Examiner, and The San Francisco Chronicle. The allure of working in education and boarding schools brought him to New Hampton School in 2009. While living on campus with his family as a house parent, he served as the Director of Communications for five years and then the Director of Enrollment Management for 10 years.
Will lives in Bristol, New Hampshire with his wife Carolina, a native of Argentina, and their children, Santiago and Luna. A passionate golfer, Will enjoys discovering new courses and studying the game’s history and architecture.
