Mr. Morgan joined the St. Paul’s School faculty in 2019. He holds an A.B. in Mathematics from Princeton University and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law.
After practicing law for one year in Philadelphia, Mr. Morgan began teaching and coaching in independent schools, first at The Daycroft School in Greenwich, Connecticut, and then Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, New Hampshire. At The Bishop’s School in La Jolla, California, he served as Mathematics Chair; at Ensworth School in Nashville, Tennessee, he was Founding Head of the High School.
Joining the St. Paul’s School mathematics teaching faculty was an opportunity for Mr. Morgan to return to his favorite state for his favorite activity: teaching and learning with students in the classroom. He was appointed as Mathematics Chair in 2023.
